Grilling adds great flavor to veggies--especially when you add basil, garlic and onion.

Method
Amounts above will vary per your family size. I use about 2 large handfuls of fresh green beans and it serves 4-5. Using two large sheets of aluminum foil, about the size of a cookie sheet, lay one on top of the other. Spread sides of foil out making a wider rectangle of foil, but leaving it still doubled up in the middle. Lay green beans in the center of foil lengthwise. Add 3-4 dollops margarine on top of green beans. Sprinkle with garlic salt, basil, minced garlic and onion to taste. Gather foil up and fold down at the top, so steam cannot escape, then roll up the ends. Cook directly on grill, using tongs to occasionally shake foil package back and forth to move around. Place on grill about 10 minutes before cooking meat, then move to either top rack or to a side where the burner can be turned down to low. Remove from grill with hot pads or tongs, and carefully open the top fold, being careful of steam and hot foil. Place into a serving dish.
