Apple and Soynut Butter Pita

Need a healthy snack or quick breakfast--try this super easy pita stuffed with soynut butter and fresh apples.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat pita
  • 1/2-1 apple
  • 2 tbsp soynut butter

Method

Cut pita in half, spread 1 tbsp soynut butter in each half. Slice apple thinly, with skin on. Stuff apple slices in each half of pita.
