Banana-Milk Smoothie

This healthy breakfast treat could also be a quick after-school snack. It blends vanilla yogurt, banana, milk, a little vanilla and ice.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups ice cubes
 
Method

Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
