Chicken Marinade

A healthy marinated chicken that can be baked or grilled. Low cholesterol.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 packages of boneless chicken cutlets
  • Large bottle of Fat Free Italian Dressing

Method

Take the chicken cutlets and put them into a freezer storage bag. Add the fat free Italian dressing to the cutlets and let them marinade over night. In the morning, flip the bag over to the other side until you are ready to cook. Before Cooking shake bag vigorously. Take baking tray and spray with Pam that way the cutlets with the fat free Italian marinade doesn't stick. Pre-heat oven to 350/400 degrees and cook for 45 minutes or until desired tenderness.

 

Notes: Do not substitute the Italian Dressing and Do Not substitute the Pam. This is a cholesterol free meal.
