Chicken-N-Rice

Chicken legs (drumsticks and thighs) are cooked with onion and garlic and then added to a rice-molasses mixture.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup molasses
- Garlic salt
- 2 cups rice
- 2 Tbsp oil
- Water

Method
Take chopped onion, chopped garlic clove, and oil cook until onions are just starting to get tender. Add chicken and cook 25 minutes. Add molasses, rice and two cups water. Stir well. Bring to boil. Turn down to medium-low; cover and cook about 20 minutes more or until rice and chicken are done.
