Cranberry Salsa

This sugar-free cranberry salsa also has apples, red onion, bell pepper, cilantro, lime and apple juices, and jalapenos.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of fresh cranberries
- 1 granny smith apple, in chunks
- 1 medium red onion, in chunks
- 1/2 large red bell pepper
- 3/4 cup Splenda
- 1/3 cup organic apple juice or cider
- 3 TBSP chopped cilantro
- 3 TBSP finely chopped jalapeno peppers or more if you like spicy
- Zest of 1 lime

Method
Place first 4 ingredients in food processor and pulse until you have large chunks. Stir in the remaining ingredients and let set in refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving. Better the next day!
Notes: I made this salsa at first during the holidays, looking for a spin on my husband's favorite salsa recipe. This was a huge hit, and very low calorie!!! This is also very easy to double.
