
Slow roasted duck stuffed with a savory stuffing that includes oysters.
Season duck cavity and outside with salt and pepper. To stuffing add oysters, drained and chopped. Use liquor as part of liquid. Place duck on rack. Cover and bake in slow oven 325, about 2 1/2 hours. Remove cover to brown. Baste with mixture of butter, lemon juice, paprika and thyme.
