A variety of fruits (including grapes, cherries, mandarin oranges, peaches and bananas) is folded into a creamy almond-flavored low-fat mixture.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together first four ingredients on medium speed until smooth. Beat in whipped topping. Fold in remaining ingredients. Spoon into 2-quart clear glass bowl. Cover and chill. Garnish with cherries and almonds before serving.
Notes:
This quick and easy fruit salad is low in fat, but not in flavor. Other fresh or canned fruits may substituted or added as desired.
