Nothing says fall like a dark salad made with beets, broccoli, onion and sunflower seeds. The homemade vinaigrette adds a great fall flavor.

  • Servings: 6-8


2× 15 oz cans Sliced Beets, drained
1 Medium Red Onion, thinly sliced
1× 15 oz can Mandarin Oranges, drained
1½ cup Small Broccoli Florets
½ cup Honey Roasted Sunflower Seeds Dressing:
1⅓ cup Olive Oil
½ cup Vinegar
1½ tsp Spicy Brown Mustard
1 Tbsp Honey
1 clove Garlic, minced


In a large bowl, gently toss beets, onion, mandarin oranges, broccoli and sunflower seeds. Prepare dressing by whisking oil and vinegar in a small bowl, add remaining ingredients and whisk well. Add desired amount over salad. Turn salad out onto a platter and serve.
