Garlic Red Wine Vinegar Asparagus

This simple side dish is healthy and full of flavor. Serve this with fish, chicken or beef. The red wine vinegar and garlic really jazz things up.

  • Servings: 3-6

Ingredients:

1 bunch Asparagus
4 cups Water
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
⅓ cup Red Wine Vinegar

Directions:

Place water and asparagus in a medium to large skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and continue cooking 5-7 minutes. In a large bowl, combine asparagus, red wine vinegar and garlic. Toss to coat thoroughly and serve immediately.
