Greek Turkey Burgers

Ground turkey is a tasty and healthy alternative to beef. The addition of the homemade Greek yogurt sauce really adds some zest to this dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp minced garlic, divided
- 8 oz container plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp dill
- 1/4 tsp ground oregano
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
Mix ground turkey and 1 tbsp garlic, form into patties and grill. Blend remaining ingredients and place in covered bowl and chill. Serve burger on choice of roll, topped with yogurt dressing.
Notes: These are even better topped with sauteed onions, lettuce and tomato.
