Grilled Sweet and Sour Chicken

Boneless skinless chicken breasts are grilled with a marinade of Italian dressing, pineapple juice and honey for a sweet and tangy dish.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Italian dressing
  • 6 oz honey
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Method

In medium bowl, combine the first three ingredients. Mix well. Coat chicken and set on top of grill over a low medium heat. Brush an extra coat of glaze on each piece of chicken with each flip. Grill until fully cooked.

 

Notes: It's easiest to use the pineapple juice from a 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks, that way you can use some of the chunks as a garnish. It's best to flip chicken every 3-5 minutes using a set of metal tongs to help lock in flavor and keep chicken from becoming dry.
