
Applesauce and sour cream, with spices, pomegranate seeds, raisins, pear, and walnuts make this healthy fruit dip.
Put applesauce, sour cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and orange juice into a large mixing bowl. Combine completely by hand or with a mixer. Make sure sauce is well mixed and a uniform color. Gently stir pomegranate seeds, raisins, pears, and walnuts into sauce, and then mix well. Cover and chill creamy dip in fridge until ready to use. For best results, serve with apple slices. Celery and carrot sticks can also be used.
