Ingredients:
| 2 cups | Organic Whole Wheat Flour |
| 2 tsp | Baking Powder |
| ½ tsp | Baking Soda |
| ¼ tsp | Ground Cinnamon |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| 3 | Large Eggs |
| 3 | Large Bananas |
| 1¼ cup | Low Fat Milk |
| ½ cup | Light Brown Sugar |
| ½ cup | Granulated Sugar |
| 1 Tbsp | Vanilla Extract |
| 2 Tbsp | Butter, melted |
| 1 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
| ½ cup | Craisins |
| ¼ cup | Chopped Walnuts |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sift flour and combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar together. Whip eggs, add milk, banana and vanilla extract. Combine dry ingredients with egg mixture, then fold in dry cranberries, walnuts, melted butter and oil. Pour into a loaf pan and top with oatmeal flakes. Place in oven and bake 25-40 minutes. Pierce with toothpick to check for doneness. When finished, allow to cool. When cool, slice and serve.
