Pat's flavorful rice side dish goes great with pot roast or grilled steaks.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can mushrooms

Method

Mix everything together in a covered casserole dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Stir in mushrooms the last 15 minutes.
