Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is delicious before or after a workout, before bed as dessert or for breakfast. Pumpkin, protein powder, seasonings and almond butter.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 4 cups lean dessert fresh cinnamon roll or vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 2 tsp allspice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple extract
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 tbsp bacon syrup, molasses or agave nectar
  • 1 cup ice cubes
 
Method

In a blender, combine all ingredients above and blend on high until smooth.
