Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is delicious before or after a workout, before bed as dessert or for breakfast. Pumpkin, protein powder, seasonings and almond butter.

  • Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 cup Canned Pumpkin
4 cups Lean Dessert Fresh Cinnamon Roll or Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder
2 tsp Allspice
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Maple Extract
4 Tbsp Almond Butter
4 Tbsp Bacon Syrup, molasses or agave nectar
1 cup Ice Cubes

Directions:

In a blender, combine all ingredients above and blend on high until smooth.
