Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is delicious before or after a workout, before bed as dessert or for breakfast. Pumpkin, protein powder, seasonings and almond butter.
Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 4 cups lean dessert fresh cinnamon roll or vanilla flavored protein powder
- 2 tsp allspice
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple extract
- 4 tbsp almond butter
- 4 tbsp bacon syrup, molasses or agave nectar
- 1 cup ice cubes

In a blender, combine all ingredients above and blend on high until smooth.
