Raspberry Chipotle Gorgonzola Turkey Burgers

Seasoned patties of ground turkey and Gorgonzola cheese are cooked and place in split rolls, topped with raspberry chipotle sauce and spinach leaves.
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 C. chopped red onion
- 1/2 C. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- Cooking spray
- 5 dinner rolls, split
- Raspberry chipotle sauce (purchased)
- 1 C. spinach leaves

Method
1. Spray cooking spray onto large skillet. Saute onion until tender. 2. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Then stir in the cheese and cooked onions. Divide the turkey mixture into 5 patties. 2. Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium-high. Add patties and cook until done. 3. Place patties onto roll bottom; spread with raspberry-chipotle sauce, about 1 Tsp each. Then add spinach leaves and the roll top.
