Reduced Calorie Turkey Meatloaf

Ground turkey makes this healthier version of meatloaf extra moist and delicious--just mix and bake.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups fat free milk
  • 1 sleeve fat free saltine crackers
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Lemon pepper seasoning, 1/4 tsp or to taste
  • Garlic powder, 1/4 tsp or to taste

Method

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl mix turkey meat, egg, fat free milk, fat free saltine crackers, mustard, lemon pepper, and garlic powder. Place mixture in a square casserole dish. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 450 degrees.
