Reduced Calorie Turkey Meatloaf

Ground turkey makes this healthier version of meatloaf extra moist and delicious--just mix and bake.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 2 cups fat free milk
- 1 sleeve fat free saltine crackers
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Lemon pepper seasoning, 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Garlic powder, 1/4 tsp or to taste

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl mix turkey meat, egg, fat free milk, fat free saltine crackers, mustard, lemon pepper, and garlic powder. Place mixture in a square casserole dish. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 450 degrees.
