Ingredients:
| ½ lb | Ground Turkey Breast |
| ¼ cup | Chopped Onion |
| ½ cup | Black Beans, drained |
| 1× 8 oz can | Tomato Sauce |
| 1 Tbsp | Taco Seasoning, like old el paso |
| 1× 10.3 oz can | Pillsbury Grands Biscuits |
| 1 cup | Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese |
| 5 Tbsp | Salsa |
| 5 Tbsp | Fat Free Sour Cream |
| 2 | Green Onion, sliced |
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. In a large skillet, over medium high heat, cook turkey and onion until browned. Stir in beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed. Separate dough into 5 biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit to form a 5 inch round disc. Spoon a half cup of mixture onto center of each disc. Sprinkle each disc evenly with cheese. Fold half of biscuit over filling, press edges with a fork to seal. Place discs on cookie sheet and bake 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Top each disc with salsa, sour cream and green onion.
