These Hawaiian inspired treats are healthier than your average cookie with the addition of ground oats.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and melted white chocolate. In separate bowl, mix flour, ground oatmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix all ingredients together then add
chocolate chips, grated semi-sweet chocolate, macadamias and coconut.
Drop golf ball sized mounds onto parchment lined cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake 6-8 minutes.
Notes:
With a bit of Hawaiian flare in the ingredients, these gems are tasty. But with all the ground oats, they're healthy too.
