Turkey Burgers

Need a healthy dinner alternative? Try these flavorful burgers made with ground turkey, red pepper, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey (1/2 dark, 1/2 light)
- 4 tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup roasted red pepper, diced
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs (add just enough to assist with forming patties, might be less)
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 4 tbsp onion, chopped fine
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Method
Mix all ingredients together and chill in refrigerator 45 minutes to 1 hour. Form into patties and grill about 5-6 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees.
Notes: You could also prepare in a loaf pan to make a meatloaf.
