Method
Mix all ingredients except gravy packet, flour and oil in a bowl. Form into meatballs using a Tablespoon; roll each in flour to coat. Brown turkey meatballs on all sides in hot oil in fry pan, turning as needed. Do not crowd the meatballs. As they brown, take out and put on a plate. Drain excess oil from the pan leaving the drippings. Using a glass measuring cup mix gravy packet and 2 cups of water and stir well until gravy is dissolved. Pour gravy mixture into pan drippings; add meatballs. Cover and cook on med-low heat for 15 minutes until cooked through. Serve meatballs over white rice and pour gravy over top.
