Turkey Meat Loaf with Gravy

Ground turkey is seasoned with cilantro, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper, then shaped into loaves and baked. The drippings are thickened to make gravy.

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of Cilantro
  • 1 bunch of Fresh Parsley
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3 lbs Ground raw Turkey
  • 2 tsp of Salt, or to taste
  • 2 tsp of Pepper, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup of Flour
  • 1 cup of Water
 
Method

Chop Cilantro, Parsley and garlic; mix with olive oil. Put Turkey in Bowl and combine with Salt, Pepper, and the chopped fresh herbs. Mix well Shape mixture into two 12-inch-long Meat Loaves. Wrap in Foil and Seal. Place Meat Loaf in Oven at 375 for 45-60 Minutes. Check meat temperature and bake until done. When done, open foil and carefully pour juices into saucepan. Bring to Boil. Thoroughly mix together the Flour and water; add to pan juices. Cook and stir until gravy is thickened and bubbly; cook 1 minute more.
