Chop Cilantro, Parsley and garlic; mix with olive oil. Put Turkey in Bowl and combine with Salt, Pepper, and the chopped fresh herbs. Mix well Shape mixture into two 12-inch-long Meat Loaves. Wrap in Foil and Seal. Place Meat Loaf in Oven at 375 for 45-60 Minutes. Check meat temperature and bake until done. When done, open foil and carefully pour juices into saucepan. Bring to Boil. Thoroughly mix together the Flour and water; add to pan juices. Cook and stir until gravy is thickened and bubbly; cook 1 minute more.
